DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times can vary. During the summer season we estimate that you will receive your delicious treats within 7-10 business days. Orders are usually processed between Tuesday and Thursday of the following week. As soon as the seasonal temperatures drop, we estimate a delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

HANDLING OF DRY ICE

Dry ice allows Sana treats to reach your home without any heat problems. Dry ice is a product that evaporates slowly until it disappears completely during transport. It is recommended that you handle the dry ice with gloves to protect your hands if there appears to be any ice left in the bags when your package arrives.

DAMAGED OR MELTED PRODUCTS?

Sana tries to offer its products in the best condition. To do so, we work with various transport companies to deliver your sweets as quickly as possible and we have developed insulated boxes to keep the products cold for a period of 48 hours.

We do not accept returns or product replacements, but we want to make sure your experience with Sana is a pleasant one. Please contact info@sanasweetlife.ca with a detailed message regarding your online ordering issue and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

REFUND OR COMPENSATION

Our wonderful team is here to ensure that you receive your order in the best possible way in terms of quality. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on melted or exceptionally damaged orders. Please note that we do not issue refunds for minor damage where consumption is not compromised. If you have a problem with your order, please contact info@sanasweetlife.ca within 5 days of receipt. Please note that for minor damage to products, we do not issue refunds as our products are individually packaged and minor damage does not affect the taste. If you can, be sure to include photos so we can determine what went wrong.

Although we are not responsible, if your order was damaged in transit, we will refund it as well. Don't forget the pictures!
