WHAT IS ERYTHRITOL?

Erythritol is a natural sweetener often used as an alternative to sugar. Its sweetness is less than 60% when compared to sugar by weight, but it has several health benefits. This sweetener contains virtually no calories and has a zero glycemic index. Its specifications are important because it does not impact blood sugar or insulin levels, making all of our treats accessible to diabetics.

IS SANA KETO-FRIENDLY?

Many of our customers incorporate our various treats into their low-carb and/or ketogenic lifestyles because of the transparency of our ingredients and the erythritol we always use instead of sugar.

DO SANA TREATS CONTAIN GLUTEN?

All of our delicious creations are gluten free according to the information provided by our suppliers. At this time, no certification process has been initiated.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE NET CARBS?

The Nutrition Facts table that all manufacturers provide on the package contains information on total carbohydrates, which is defined as the sum of sugars, fiber and alcohol sugars. Erythritol is a type of sugar alcohol. Total carbohydrates are different from net carbohydrates, which are usually calculated by subtracting fiber and alcohol sugars from total carbohydrates.


ARE SANA PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

Sana's products are mostly made with organic ingredients. However, we do offer products that are certified by Ecocert Canada and USDA. Generally, our non-dairy products are certified by these organizations.

ARE SANA PRODUCTS GMO FREE?

Yes, all Sana products are GMO-free according to the information provided by our suppliers. For the moment, no certification process has been initiated.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times can vary. During the summer season we estimate that you will receive your delicious treats within 7-10 business days. Orders are usually processed between Tuesday and Thursday of the following week. As soon as the seasonal temperatures drop, we estimate a delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

HANDLING OF DRY ICE

Dry ice allows Sana treats to reach your home without any heat problems. Dry ice is a product that evaporates slowly until it disappears completely during transport. It is recommended that you handle the dry ice with gloves to protect your hands if there appears to be any ice left in the bags when your package arrives.

DAMAGED OR MELTED PRODUCTS?

Sana tries to offer its products in the best condition. To do so, we work with various transport companies to deliver your sweets as quickly as possible and we have developed insulated boxes to keep the products cold for a period of 48 hours.

DELIVERY TERRITORY

We are proud to announce the delivery of Sana products across Canada. It is important to know that costs and delivery areas may vary depending on the shipping companies we deal with. Our priority is to find carriers that will be able to deliver your delicious sweets in a timely manner.

REFUND OR COMPENSATION

Our wonderful team is here to ensure that you receive your order in the best possible way in terms of quality. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on melted or exceptionally damaged orders. Please note that we do not issue refunds for minor damage where consumption is not compromised. If you have a problem with your order, please contact info@sanasweetlife.ca within 5 days of receipt. Please note that for minor damage to products, we do not issue refunds as our products are individually packaged and minor damage does not affect the taste. If you can, be sure to include photos so we can determine what went wrong.

Although we are not responsible, if your order was damaged in transit, we will refund it as well. Don't forget the pictures!

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or product replacements, but we want to make sure your experience with Sana is a delightful one. Please contact info@sanasweetlife.ca with a detailed message regarding your online ordering issue and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

DO YOU DELIVER DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS?

Our wonderful order picking team is on duty year round! In addition, we have developed insulated boxes to keep products cold for up to 48 hours. We also add dry ice blocks to ensure that your order arrives in good condition.

ARE SANA SWEETS VEGAN?

The majority of Sana products are not vegan. However, our dairy-free treats are suitable for vegan diets since they contain no trace of animal products. Please note that all of our products are made in a dairy-free facility.

DO SANA SWEETS CONTAIN GLUTEN?

All of our delicious creations are gluten free according to the information provided by our suppliers. At this time, no certification process has been initiated.

ARE SANA PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES?

All of our treats may contain traces of peanuts and/or other nuts since our equipment is also used to make different products containing (Milk, Peanuts, Almonds, Pecans, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Macadamia nuts).

DO SANA PRODUCTS CONTAIN SOY?

Our products may indeed contain soy. The same equipment is used to produce almost all Sana products but all equipment is cleaned and sanitized between productions following a precise protocol.

CAN I PLACE WHOLESALE ORDERS?

At this time, we do not have a way to offer wholesale pricing from our online store. We are working on this option. In the meantime, we recommend that you contact our distributors. For more information, please contact us at info@sanasweetlife.ca.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we may not enter your order in time to change or cancel it. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact info@sanasweetlife.ca within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
